New Kitchen for Renovated Home

Alan and Marjory's kitchen and bathrooms were recently transformed by the Palazzo team during a full house renovation. The kitchen area is large and airy with pastel green walls and off-white floor tiles which extend into the dining area. An oak theme runs throughout and a mix of lacquered and white painted shaker style units add a unique twist to the room. These are topped with nero assoluto granite which make practical and durable work surfaces with a beautiful appearance and in the middle of the room casual stool seating provides useful flexibility for cooking, eating and entertaining guests.

Black Siemens appliances match the surfaces and include a double oven, integral microwave, integral dishwasher and induction hob (you can see a video of this hob on our Google+ page). There’s also an island canopy extractor with side by side stainless steel fridge and freezer, and a dual zone wine cooler on the end of the island (also from Siemens). Stainless steel was the material of choice for other metal fixtures and installations in this kitchen, such as the unit handles, sink/tap, kettle, plug sockets and appliance fascias.
Spot lighting spans across the ceiling area and white LED lights sit in the skirting to illuminate the surrounding floor. There are also mosaic style tiles behind the sink in a combination of dark blues and blacks which are also softly lit.

We think this finished kitchen is a brilliant addition to the overall renovation project, with heaps of style and quality where it matters most. Keep a lookout in the coming weeks to see the other work we did on the bathrooms in this property which have both turned out to be equally as impressive.
